Run as far as you can. Francisco is incompetent and lies. Doesn’t give good estimates of timeline for the job and promises things his subcontractors say they can’t deliver. Communication is poor and seldom showed up on the job site. Purchased the wrong items even when provided with a detailed list which he agreed to. Workers were disrespectful of owner’s home. Didn’t clean up and left their personal trash around the work site.
Please move on and look for another contractor. You will regret it if you hire this company.
