Francemex was working in the floor below me and caused extensive damage to my apartment. They removed walls which caused cracks in my walls, they brought in people who actually drilled holes into my apartment and caused construction dust to pour in. They then refused to accept responsibility for it. They removed lead paint without the proper protections and allowed it to escape into adjacent apartments. Don't use this contractor unless you want to get sued by your neighbors.

I encourage you to look for another contractor because this one has zero respect for time. Shortly after purchasing my hime, I contacted Javier in Dec 2020 to complete work that he done under a contract with the previous owner. We made an appointment but he never showed up. He never showed up. After contacting him he claimed a car was as blocking him in his driveway and I never heard from him again. No huge deal because i was in the process of moving and was overwhelmed. Fast forward to this past week when I contacted Javier to inquire about doing some work in my bathroom. We confirmed a date and time to see the bathroom and he confirmed he knew the house, because he did a major renovation of the basement last year. Guess what he never showed up. After waiting hours I contacted him, no response. If you have to waste give him a shot but if you are looking for someone that values your time, keeps their word and is a follows professional standards my suggestion is skip contacting Javier.
