  Rebuild front step and walkway

  $4,200

  I hired Francesco's construction to rebuild my front porch.A old man came by and gave me a estimate.We gave the old man a deposit and told me he would start ASAP. Weeks went by and we didn't hear from him. We called the old man,he said he backed up because of rain.We called back the next week and he had another excuse. Every week after that we continued to call,and their crew never showed up. DO yourself a favor don't hire this company or give them any money.

  Backyard brick paving

  I would highly reccomend Francescos Construction the job they did for us came out excellent. We are exremely happy with the work they performed. The workers came every day on time for four days in a row worked all day until the job was complete. The owner showed up everday as well we were extremely happy and very satisfied having hired Francesco Construction the price was very reasonable we had brick paving done in our backyard and it looks absolutely amazing and beautiful. great job well done !

  They gave me an initial estimate for redoing my driveway with pavers and also redo the driveway apron and part of the concrete sidewalk. Once they came to start the job they asked for an additional $1,200 dollars for something that they should have seen and known when they gave me the initial estimate. At that point I agreed because I was selling my home and I was having an open house which I did not want to push back. Then I received a mail from the NYS Insurance Fund that their insurance had expired which they did proceed to renew.
  They finished the driveway and left without finishing the sidewalk and the driveway apron. I went on vacation and left a check with my son to be given to them when the job was finished. While I was away the father came (he was the one dealing with me all along) and due to misunderstanding my son handed him the check before the job was completed. Since then I called both the father and the son multiple times and there was always some excuse why they couldn't come, but each time they promised they will come and finish it. That was back in April. The open house was on May 1st. In the meantime, the sidewalk poses a hazard that someone may trip and fall and in addition we have been showing the house with the unfinished sidewalk. They are dishonest, untrustworthy and people should stay away from them.
  In the meantime I have hired a lawyer and I have reported them to the Nassau County Office of Consumers Affairs and the BBB.
