    Demolition and build a 4 story building
    $1,500,000

    Did not complete work and got full payment. Electrical and plumbing had to be redone and then he never paid his bills or insured his workers. His illegal construction worker then had an accident and sue us and he never responded to the suit. $500,000 and a lien for him not paying for the supplies which he including in his contract. Btw he is not the contract for 31 North ellliot it is 29 north Elliot.
