  After careful consideration we had Frank Fredericks build our home. We are very pleased with the overall experience and are ecstatic about the end result. There were many reasons we chose this builder over the competition, the main one being this is an established family owned business with the owners still actively involved. The owner Frank was present at all major milestones and made sure the project was on track and the quality was up to their standards. Frank is a true professional that took the time to address our questions and concerns as the build progressed, and offered his opinion when requested on design & finish options. Before deciding on Frank Fredericks, we priced the home with other builders and soon learned many items that would have been additional cost are included with this builder. Read the contract! The fit and finish of the home they built for us is outstanding, when people walk into the house they are simply blown away. Frank knows how to build a quality house with all the modern & timeless features that only increase value. We stayed in this house during hurricane Ian, a category 4 storm, and the house was unscathed completely! Not even as much as a shingle was out of place. The home building process requires much understanding and patience as there are many variables out of control, but Frank was sure to provide reasonable updates along the way. My advice to anyone is to let this man do his job, he is contracted to build you a finished home and he will do just that. Picking the house apart during the construction phase will not help either party. My wife and I want to thank Frank and his team for building us a beautiful and safe home that our family can enjoy for a lifetime.

  We highly recommend Frank. He uses quality materials, builds above code requirements, is extremely responsive throughout the building process, and offers reasonable prices. We were living up north and basically had our home built sight unseen - Via phone and emails. Our brother in law who lives elsewhere in Florida had built homes, and scoped out the available contractors in the South Gulf Cove area of Port Charlotte. After considerable research on his part, he told us Frank was the only one he would consider using. Besides, Frank did not abandon the area during the housing bust, as so many builders did. We asked Frank to build us a 1,850 sq ft under air, handicapped-friendly home. We used one of his plans and adjusted to meet our needs. We've been in it two years now and it is pretty and perfect. Recently, we asked one of the subcontractors with several local builders here who his favorite builder was. He vouched for Frank, adding he always puts the customer desires first. Lots of building going on in our area (with new companies coming in, putting up model homes) and we've been able to check out other builders operations....
