Terrible - Mr. Fulcher did some work on my home, installing plywood in a soffit area. After the first job, I hired him for a second job, to install siding on an outbuilding. Unfortunately, I was trusting pre-paid for the work per his request. I was naïve enough to even travel to the other job site he was at to give him the money, $600. I did receive a receipt, but, he never showed to do the work. I called many times, and saved his voicemail, letting me know he was sorry he was so far behind on getting back to me, but that he would come out and do the work. He never paid me back, nor did he do the work. I can't imagine doing this to someone else.
