Horrible service. I have a home warranty and this is the vendor I was assigned for a small repair. Alledgely, I missed their 1st call and had to reschedule. 2nd appt. I was required to be home from 9-1. I missed their call by 20 min & called back. They informed me they were not in the area anymore and I had to reschedule. An argument ensued whether this was acceptable. End result, I told them I didn't like them and I was going to get another vendor. Their response "OK" that was fine. The experience with them was unacceptable customer service and compassion.

Hi I had them come out to fix my slap leak and they came out and stopped the leak and came after a few days after to reroute the pluming. Robert came out the disconnected the water and pulled out the water hose,so since February we do not have a dishwasher. Robert came out to fix the issue with the water pressure in our master bathroom shower he broke the shower handle and said he will order the part. Two weeks ago they send another Teck "Jim" and he took pic of the shower handle. I asked him if he can Fix the dishwasher he said " no one mentioned the dishwasher to Him". The receptionist Kathy is a biggest Layer. She keep taking messages for Robert and you never hear back from them. The first big issue happened on Feb22 and till know they have not taking care of my many issues and today is 5-19-2015. If I can give them an F I would. So they don't even deserve a star.

Horrible service. I have a home warranty and this is the vendor I was assigned for a small repair. They made an appointment to come back to repair what they diagnosed. This was a month ago. They missed their appointment and had to reschedule.
To date January 5th 2018 after a few attempts every single day and leaving messages still have not succeeded to reach these guys . Frustrating. Then try American Home Soheild warranty company they are no better. Each time waiting hours on the phone to reach them and we are back to promises and apologies and nothing gets done. Avoid America home shield and stay away from GV Plumbing.
