A nightmare dealing with the company. We hired Mr. Daniel Park from Garden Design in Jan 2021. Daniel came to evaluate our backyard, seems so competent and very promising to take on our project. All downhill from there and so many issues. We were left disappointed by his work quality and customer service. There are cracks and discoloration all over our newly poured concrete, artificial grass was installed as sloppy as can be without using the manufacturer recommended method (super obvious seam and no edging was used), billed us in full for bending light posts that we didn't agree to sign off on, paver patio came out not uneven and heaving, among other issues here and there. Worst of all, he takes no ownership of the work performed. During the whole process, it would either be the fault of the product, the weather, and always try to brush the customer off with a "it is what it is" attitude. Definitely over promised and under delivered. Our experience was hellish and 100% would not recommend hiring Daniel for any projects.
