Fantastic guy, and very understanding. He doesn't try to take you for your money and breaks everything down into simple terms you can understand. While doing my home remodel, he came down, saw what I needed to be done, gave him a price, and even gave some comments and opinions on other items I could address, all within the same estimate. Obviously, not everyone will be the same, but he is an honest contractor, out to make the customer happy. Don't take advantage!
