  We are so grateful to Gavinet construction's team. Our house was flooded after a pipe burst and affected about 90% of our house. Gavinet construction propmtly took care of clean up, demo , drying and reconstruction efforts. They arrived to work site promptly every morning and left each day the areas clean and free of dangerous trash. After everyday one was able to see progress. Opinion on finishings chosen were definitely respected and taken into consideration. Everything turned out beautifully and quickly. Mr. Gavinet was easy to communicate with, he presented great educated opinions. He updated us and the insurance adjuster regularly. He took the majority of the stress out of an extremely difficult situation. I would definitely refer them and plan yo use them in the future again.

  Remodeling bathrooms

  I would like to recommend Gavinet Construction for their professionalism. They remodeled both of my bathrooms. They are a wonder crew that performed beautiful craftsmanship and once completed they left everything so clean. The contractor was very patient with me after changing my mind multiple times. He shared great design concepts that fit my needs and I am very happy & highly recommend Serge Gavinet.

  Kitchen remodel

  I am so happy with my kitchen! Serge has many years of experience in designing kitchens and other large scale projects. Serge’s team is very skilled at what they do and were so respectful and curtious. I am very happy with my complete kitchen transformation. It was demo’d down to the studs, completely transformed, I love it! They took the time to find out what my exact expectations, style, and budget were. Serge had great opinions when he met with us and shared with us the current trends, technology, and prevailing thoughts on designs. While working with Serge and his team I found out that he has also designed and coordinated installation of projects for high end homes. Serge was also very detailed and he was always attentive to answer any of our questions. We will definitely be calling back soon!

  Kitchen remodel

  Gavinet construction was a true pleasure to work with. They remodeled our kitchen. Great job on cabinets and impressive tile work. They were able to salvage our granite by flawlessly cutting through the old cracked and perfectly installed the apron sink we wanted. Their design suggestions were great , really made our vision come to life. We were impressed with the team’s neatness as they cleaned their work area every day... no mess ever! They were punctual every day! We called them

  I am so happy that I was referred to Gavinet Construction for my home renovation needs. The contractor was very personable & shared creative ideas for my renovation needs. My kitchen turned out beautiful!! I really appreciate the extra mile they put into making the renovation process go smoothly. They finished in a timely matter too. I highly recommend them for your home needs. Next project they're doing for me is my outdoor kitchen. Very excited!!

  Remodel the Bathroom

  They did a nice job on the bathroom but I was supposed to have a frameless shower door and they put in a framed one that leaks. Haven't heard back from them about it. They used my original vanity top, which I wanted, but they did not put in the new stopper. The old one is corroded and should have had the new one put in to the sink. The vanity looks nice but is poor quality when I looked closely at it. The heater fan they put in isn't working properly, need to be fixed. They left paint and grout all on some my rugs. I should have received some type of a discount but didn't.

  Bathrooms, flooring & kitchen

  I highly recommend Gavinet Construction, Inc. I had my 3 bathrooms remodeled, kitchen, and my downstairs family room carpet replaced with wood. They were very friendly and professional and my remodeling project was done in a timely matter. The general contractor had a vision and an eye for detail.

  redue kitchen

  I did not get the bottom cabinets I wanted. Thou the ones I did get were nice. My ceiling needs to be fixed, two years later it has not been worked on even after telling me he will fix it. I will not be recommending this contractor.
