  Zane is AWESOME. We hired him to fix what my husband destroyed trying to "do it yourself". Here is a tip to all homeowners, DON'T DO IT YOURSELF.

  After Zane came over, he told us that my husband removed load bearing walls and that it could be fixed, but would be difficult. After we got his bid, we thought we could get it fixed cheaper. We hired some guys that were recommended to us by our friend. Well, that was a disaster. We again made a bad decision and wasted good materials and money. None of the things Zane had pointed out were fixed correctly, and after 6 months there was a 4 inch dip in our ceiling.

  We finally called Gazor Construction and had Zane come over and give us a new bid. This time it was higher than last time!!!!! We then got a couple of competing bids, and Zane's bid was 30% higher than the highest one.

  Well, again we hired another contractor, thinking this time we had made sure to check over everything. 3 days after AF Construction started their work, tore down all the walls, and ripped our lives apart, the city inspector came by and issued a stop work order. Needless to say, we had to fire that contractor, especially after he gave us an invoice for additional charges due to the stop work order.

  Finally, we called Gazor Construction again, this time Zane said he was not interested. We asked if he would please come over with contract in hand and he did. Zane and Gazor Construction are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did I say that? They came over and did what 3 other contractors could not. Watching Zane work was amazing. He stayed late everyday until the job was finished. He knew every step of every part of the project, and was able to command results.

  I cant say how much agony we had with this project. It almost led to divorce with my husband because for 2 years we were unable to live in our own home with any peace or comfort. Gazor Construction was more expensive than everyone else initially, but they delivered as promised. If I was smart enough in the begining I would have seen this.

  Zane was the only contractor that came and spoke to us straight and honest. We just were too stubborn or cheap to realize. After all of the headaches, I see now that he was the best choice from the start, and luckily we came around to realizing it.

  We have been enjoying our lives now with the comfort we were deprived of by those other contractors. Thank you Gazor Construction, You brought the happiness back into our home.

  I am sorry to hear that Gazor Construction could not meet your needs. Often times, other contractors are able to bid lower quotes, even sign a contract for a lower price. Once the project starts, and most of the demolition has occurred, costly "change orders" are presented and the work stopped until the new charges are agreed to and paid.

  At Gazor Construction we provide true and correct estimates. After years of construction and cost caloculations, we are correctly able to calculate what the ACTUAL costs of each job is. We do free verbal estimates, and if you wish to proceed, there is a $150 charge for thorough home inspection. If you choose Gazor Construction for the project, we credit your $150 back.

  As you can see, we are not like many other contractors. Gazor Construction employs only Licensed, Bonded, & Insured Contractors for all of the subcontracting (should the job require). All jobs are permitted and approved. We focus on getting the best to be their best for your job and every job. We dont refuse any legitimate offers, and no job is too large or too small. Every job is done perfectly, professionally, and with true craftsmen.

  If you are on a tight budget, or cannot afford to do the job right, then it is in your best interest not to do it at all. As we tell every customer, "the cheap comes out expensive!". We focus on educating the homeowners we deal with of the actual costs, permit application, permit approval, and all local codes that many others overlook. We also provide plans if needed.

  Zane Gazor came with a high quote when we looked for a contractor bids. Told him that his 4yr exp price is higher than other contractor with 10 yr exp. Instead of being professional, he's rambling and cursing. Bad attitude for business partner.

  Gazor Construction was an amazing company to work with. Zane was so experienced and knew a lot about what his team was doing. We remodeled our house last year and he managed and completed the project beyond our expectations. He made a point to get permits and inspections, and informed us of everything all along the way. It was so easy to work with a contractor you can trust! Finally!!!! The work is absolutely beautiful. Zane pointed out that all the moulding was " coped" (sp?) and not just miter cut and caulked together. We couldnt have asked for a better company or a smoother job. He not only did amazing work, he charged us according to his estimates for both time and cost and that was beyond belief. We remodeled 15 years ago and it was the worst experience ever! Done late and overbudget. This time we did our research and it paid off. Gazor Construction is definately a construction company I have recommended to everyone I know looking to do some work on their homes.
