Called for a plumber to come out and look at my side of the water meter due to a minor leak. The tech arrived on site, spent more time walking back and forth to his truck then in my house. He left to "try and find parts from a supply house" however was back in 45 minutes claiming he went to two supply houses. In reality, going to the closest supply house and back would take longer then 45 minute, but he still claims he went to two. After all of this, arrives back at my house, spends more time out at his truck then in my house again, only to grease the original o-rings and put it back together. So the tech didn't have any o-rings that would work, didn't have a check valve to replace what was there, and didn't have a way to update the existing plumbing to correct The issue. It cost me almost $170.00 to have this plumber grease 2 o-rings. Needless to say, you got me this time, but it won't happen again.
The only reason this review is getting two stars instead of one is because their HVAC Tech that was also at my house recently was great. Very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.
