I had to file a claim with the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement State Labor Commissioner in the State of California Department of Industrial Relations in order to get my last two pay checks. One check bounced. The other was unsigned and never returned signed. I left because I didn't feel the business was run properly. I won the case (state case no. 06-68509).
