They just wasted my time.
I want to have a shower door installation project and they scheduled an appointment to take a look at my house. We talked over the phone several times, I showed them pictures via email, I confined with my address 2 days before the appointment and everything went smoothly - until - they didn't show-up at the appointment time at all.
I called them to make sure everything's right, to my surprise, they just mentioned my house was far away so they didn't want to come. Excuse me? Well.....It took 2 days to figure out my house is 1.5 hours away from your office? Really?
Anyway. No cancellation, no show-up, wasted my time, respectable... I don't recommend this contractor.
