Project: heat pump for forced air system estimated completion time 10 weeks,.
Start4/5/22 so completion should have been approximatly last week of June. After repeated calls I was promised the work would be finished quickly after several calls & e-mails I was promised a schedule 7/11. On 8/1 again I was promised the work would be shortly completed. It's now 8/11 & I get no response to my calls & text. I will update this review. Considering making a complaint to NYSERDA from which they receive a certification for the rebate program.

I hired Zsolt to install an electric water heater because we arenâ t getting enough hot water with the oil furnace we have. We need access to hot water pretty often as we run a preschool out of our home. He assured me that any problems he would be easily reachable and the unit was insured. Fast forward 2 months and the unit suddenly stops working. I call him to come out for diagnosis/repair and he tells me he has to order parts then will be back next week. This goes on week after week for about a month before he finally comes back only to tell me he needs another part and will be back the following Tuesday. Getting him to come back with the part a second time took even longer than the first. Constant excuses, telling me every week that heâ ll be around the next week. Another 3 months pass before he comes back and you could guess it, another part needed that he already ordered and will be back next week. This time never comes back. After calling for months on a weekly basis we get met with an attitude as if this is all of a sudden our problem and no longer his. We have not had a working unit in the house for well over a year and after spending 4k I have had it with this guy. I ended up calling a professional HVAC technician to diagnose and they told me he had installed the unit incorrectly which is why it stopped working so quickly. He had the hot water connection feeding into the unit instead of cold water and it ruined the system. Will be contacting a lawyer to see what we can do next but this guy is totally unreliable, unprofessional and you should absolutely not hire him.
