My architect stopped by near completion to check out the project's development and commented to me that his work was very well done, reporting that WHATEVER I paid him, it was well worth it! He admitted this is not always the case, not with every contractor for sure, but that I had found a good one! I agree. I am and was very happy with his work, and plan to hire him for another project in the near future.
