Terrible experience!! Would not recommend them to anyone.
This Company did a terrible job installing three new exterior Larson doors at my home. None of these three new doors is functional. The entire interior frame of the rear garage entry door was never installed by them and was never picked up by them at Lowes. The installation of new wood to hold the door was measured and cut incorrectly so that the door does not open and close properly (it sticks and has to be slammed shut). They never installed the strike plate for the lock. The caulking around the door is spotty, has gaps, and lets daylight and cold air in. The two other doors they installed were storm doors with multiple problems such as smudged and scratched paint, an inoperable lock, difficulty opening and closing the doors, and gaps that allow cold air in. The two owners -- Stan and Jonathan -- were fully paid but have ignored my many requests to fix these problems. They insisted on being paid cash or through Venmo, which has enabled them to ignore my requests to fix the problems. They are extremely unprofessional.
