Joe was hired by me to install a paver patio in my backyard. The entire border became loose a short time after installation. Joe refused to come back to repair. I made a BBB complaint and we set up an appointment to meet at my house. Joe never showed up. I would avoid using him because he doesn't stand behind his work.
