We had to hire a construction litigation attorney.
Build took 3.2 years- while they worked on at least 10 other builds and completed.
1 man show, not licensed, and uses a qualifier.
No risk insurance found out after CAT 5 hurricane. When we complained, he purchased it but then allowed it t relapse again.
Pool -wrong size, placement and finish was very thin.
Pool cage - we had to pay an extra $15,000 or our pool would never get finished.
Bank stopped releasing draws until the pool and cage were completed - because he had already taken the funds.
Used 3 different tile color lots on our fireplace wall which should have been the same color as kitchen tile.
Tiles on walls and floor, chipped, hollow, uneven, missing grout, and grout haze adhered to the floor because he did not use skilled workers.
Wrong size HVAC was installed.
Used unskilled worker and did not supervise them.
Stucco Job on both sides of the house and at the top of the roof will need to be replaced. Missing Stucco on the top of the house near roof - it will need to be replaced.
The flashing around the house was not anchored to the house and roof so it will need to be replaced before another storm.
He would whine to and other clients about money but he was taking draws and going on vacation. I have pictures to back-up my review.

Our dream home was to be identical to the beautiful spec home but it was not.
I will say that his wife, Camilla is very talented when it comes to design.
