I hired Grady Bros. for a tune up last Season. Mike Grady was very well versed with oil furnaces. I recently decided to switch to a more efficient ducted heat pump and after getting quotes and talking with HVAC contractors I decided to go with Grady again. Mike Grady designed a great system that fit my budget and he installed it in two days, just in time for Summer AC. I am amazed at the quality of the installation and the attention to detail used. I called him a couple days later to make a change in the air handler control and Mike came back within an hour and modified it in minutes. Very impressive response. I would recommend Grady Brothers to anyone that needs a repair or new system.
