Fast, on time and reasonable. The plumber found a big leak in one of five tenant's place. Repaired it in surprisingly in a very short time. We would not hesitate to call them again

They specifically advertise on their web site that there are no overtime charges for nights, Sundays and weekends.
The first thing he did was try to charge me $ 100. extra "because it is Sunday".
When I said I had never had to pay for a Sunday charge before, he then decided that the extra $ 100 was for "running a camera". I told him I did not want a camera run, he ran it anyway and the whole experience just got worse from there.
I will never use this company again and don't recommend it to anyone.
