We selected Guardian after reviewed multiple bids and their bid was the lowest. I did check references just as you are doing and everyone very highly recommended Guardian and especially its owner Walter Nadborski. He is very personable and tries to please. The work that he gets done is good as far as I can tell. But, the project (facade repair) was supposed to last no more than 50 days. It took a full year to complete (with lots of weather delays and 5 change orders). And, though the scaffolding has finally been removed, there is still some cleaning that remains and repair of a couple of items his workers broke before we can consider this project fully closed.
