Dutchman Landscape provided landscaping services to Fairways Condominiums for over a decade. In that time his level of service declined as it went on , and his gouging, in terms of money, escalated. Others here at the condos felt the same way, strongly. He would not remove stumps. He cut down choice trees for firewood, yet left huge cottonwoods leaning precariously close to our buildings uncut. He would haul off the wood presumably for his own use or for resale. We had vast swatches of dead grass and weeds , especilly so around my building, as I was the one seeking his ouster--which I am proud to say--was successful. I had to plant grass and de-weed around my building. It was that bad. I also fertilized. Yet he pandered to whoever was Board president, ensuring their grass and area was top notch, Garden of Eden perfection. He did special projects around one such President. In other words, spending extra time and resources on just that one person, while other areas, such as mine, became a disaster area. Light poles remained unstraightened but I am ensuring they get straightened now, some of which I already did pro bono. He got away with so much here at the Fairways for so long. But now he is out. Beware of Dutchman !!!
