Hamilton Contractors, Inc. perhaps have the potential ability to do a good job. However, if you choose to go with them, make sure that the details of what is going to be fixed are spelled out very clearly. For example, “remove and repoint damaged areas” of a flagstone walkway is too vague: before you sign a contract, it would be a good idea to have them mark the damaged areas of concrete in some way that will last until the repair is undertaken so that it is clear what will be fixed. Also find out how much time it will take to do the job as a barometer for what they will do. There is apparently a minimum fee and if your job takes three hours like ours you might be paying $275 per man hour.
