I would never start any home improvement project without HMD/ Dan Mosiman's advice and service. I have been working with him for almost 20 years, and the work is impeccable, the service excellent, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. There seems to be nothing he cannot do, from underground water pipes to roof construction. He is hardworking and a perfectionist, and I am proud of my home only because of Handyman Dan's work. It's also his creative solutions to thorny problems. Leaks in water system in a house built on concrete were solved by running my hot water through the attic We could not find a pre-fab shower structure that fit my needs and space available, and Dan and his crew built a far better tile one from scratch, He is not the cheapest, but he is reasonable, and fair, and there is no doubt he is worth it.
