    New home construction

    This company built my home in the Rossmoor community in Olympia WA in 2000. I would rate the service and attitude of the builder as average. I had to stay on top of every bill and detail to make sure construction was done and billed properly. The builder did not respond to my requests for repairs during the warranty period so I had to contact subcontractors myself who thankfully did the repairs. I would not use this builder again.
