Contractor approached us about repairing broken steps, while he was working on a neighbor's house across the street. Promised to build out broken top step. Promised to remove bricks and re-point them. He DID NOT do either. All he did was some new pointing between steps. It only took 1/2 hour and he charged $500!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A RIP-OFF. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
