Used Harold Stephens Plumbing back in July.. First call was an emergency Friday night My initial thoughts were not good as I called five minutes after rate changed and a promise of someone within two hours was not even close to the over four hours I waited. Then the poor guy showed up at a very angry customers home only to explain he didn't have exactly the right materials necessary to make the repair. Given time to think we came to an agreement of what he could do and he worked his tail off to make a permanent fix. I was OK with the way things ended.
Next day however I had a pipe break at the meter when I turned the water back on and called him to come back. He made the repair and installed a pressure gauge which he set to proper readings. Overall I was satisfied with the service and the result. Was it worth $450.00 Friday and $750.00 the next? Nothing is leaking.
