Bait and switched sink, wall/ceiling fixtures not brushed nickle per surcharge paid, necessary fixtures for handicap safety missing, failed to restore water pressure requiring licensed plumber costs, new floor tile covered with uncleanable scuffs, overlapped plumbing at wall, dirt piles left in basement and yard. I didnt do my homework based on nursing home referal and having my attention in hospital with loved one. This bathroom was left unusable for my handicap father, resorting to bedpan for rest of his life. Don't make same mistake as me, details owner failed to show day one I trusted on hand shake and verbal. I have received threats of home lien for non payment of final for work that was not completed. My request for mediation was declined.
