    No idea why it has such little rating gio and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the insurance didn’t take advantage of us thank you very much highly recommend

    We had a very bad experience with HRD in 2022 for repairs related to insurance claims for water damage. HRD did not do all the work the insurance company approved but took the money for work not done. As with another complaint review, HRD pressured us for payments after every little work done instead of after the entire job was completed as other contractors have done. We would not recommend HRD to anyone.

    Kitchen and Pantry remodel

    This has been such a disappointing and exasperating experience. I trusted HRD and expected quality work. But HRD took advantage of a 73 year old woman. Their work ethic and performance is totally unacceptable.
    After 1 full year on the job, HRD left the remodel of my kitchen and pantry unfinished. I have no pantry at all. I still have cabinet drawers and doors missing. The work was unsatisfactory and shoddy in the remodeling of my kitchen and pantry. Alot of it is still undone, and some of it needs to be redone. I would not recommend then to anyone. I now have to spend more money and hire another contractor to fix what they have done and finish what is left unfinished.
