The entire job was terrible. Keith talked a good game. He told us he would be in and out by Christmas. We started imar the end of October. Keith used undocumented workers, recycled materials from other jobs. And charged me over 68,000.00. For me to come home to an incomplete job. Not dependable at all. Never here when they were supposed to be here. They pick the days they want to work. Over charged me, ripped me off etc. his own crew would even vouch, if their jobs weren't threatened. Keith Olsen is a terrible person who just took our money and ran. We were left with an unfinished kitchen, a leak which has destroyed some of the newer work. Me Olsen should be ashamed. I am bringing this to the courts. I'm having the banks reverse the payments on his checks and the insurance companies will notified. This was the worst experience ever. I can't blame his immigrant workers as they are abused daily !!! Keith Olsen will get what he deserves. Please for your own good do not, I repeat do not use Keith Olsen and home solutions for any work period. I could go on and on it has been a horrible journey and I wish no one would ever have to deal with such a money hungry crook.
