Title: Extremely Disappointed - Terrible Experience with Homes by Bernard and Renovations
I am compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience with Homes by Bernard and Renovations. My Family hired them in December 2022 to complete a concrete job, and unfortunately, the outcome has been nothing short of a nightmare.
They paid a substantial amount, a staggering $4,000, upfront for a job that was never executed. Not only did they fail to complete the task, but their communication throughout the process was abysmal. We reached out repeatedly for updates, only to receive vague promises of progress that never materialized.
Despite their assurances of resolving the situation and sending a refund for the money we paid, it's disheartening to share that as of today's date, we are still without the reimbursement we rightfully deserve. It's evident that Homes by Bernard and Renovations not only lacks the professionalism to fulfill their commitments but also the integrity to honor their financial obligations.
The lack of accountability and responsibility displayed by this company is beyond disappointing. I urge anyone considering their services to seriously reconsider. My family and I have endured a great deal of frustration, wasted time, and financial loss due to our interaction with this company.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Homes by Bernard and Renovations for any project. Their failure to complete the work we paid for and their subsequent lack of responsiveness is a clear indication of their unreliability and disregard for their customers. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reliable and reputable services.
