Hired Ron in 2019 to renovate a pole barn into a shop. Ron did not file for permits, which I did not realize until after I had given him nearly 3/4 of the contract and recognized many construction amd planning errors. Township has supported me in documentation of a litany of code violations, and I have a pending LARA complaint. I had to hire another contractor to not only complete the work, but also correct very costly deficiencies. He is not a trustworthy individual.
