Victor at HOYD Builders gave a very good first impression and we hired him in May 2015. Soon thereafter we started having very serious problems. In February 2016, about halfway through the project we fired him and are currently preparing for a lawsuit. I am available to explain details and provide evidence if contacted. We caught Victor at HOYD Builders misappropriating funds and other violations. We fired him midway through the build. We are currently in process of filing a lawsuit. He gives a very good first impression and is very good at shifting attention away from the wrong things that he is doing.
