Unreliable and unprofessional. They looked at my job and said they would have an estimate in a few days. I am still waiting. I have called the head guy, Moreno, who keeps saying he will get it out to me, but he never does.

An absolute joke. Poor communication, left behind several broken appliances. Lost several appliances. Random people will show up at unannounced times and once the insurance company money runs out, he will disappear. He will leave you hanging for months on end without any resolution to the problems.
Do not use Gerardo Moreno for remediation. He works with public adjusters to inflate the price of the job and when they cannot get the max they want they steal the money from you. He will lie and tell you there is no more money and will use his brother's company to sell you the replacement product to double his money. He has no problem ripping you off. He will only do less than half the work he got money for from the insurance company and try to pocket the rest. I had to threaten him with a lawsuit and contacting consumer affairs to get my money back from him after he was caught stealing from me. Steer clear and warn everyone you know about these thieves.
