We bought a house from Mohammed a couple of months ago. It is a lemon. We have no hot water pressure in the bathroom shower. Electrical outlets are a problem.
One of the big sales pitches was the flood control measures they put in place. Tiles all around the house. A sump pump. An out door underground back up for flood control. First big rain. We flooded. All the carpet in the basement has to be replaced. Water creeping up through the floor. I'm assuming there is cracked concrete under the carpet. Water coming through the windows wells.
This home is a nightmare. Repeated text and phone calls and no response.

Like the previous owner, we recently bought a property from Mohammad. We gave them a generous offer and moved the closing earlier to meet their needs. There were some issues with the roof that we found during the inspection. Since we were buying from the contractor, we asked them to fix it instead of getting credit. Mohammad also told us to call him with any issues. But 3 weeks after the closing and 1 week after we moved in, we found a gap between the window upstairs and the roof from the foot flashing not properly fixed. We found that as we saw a row of ants crawling in through the gap. When I called Mohammad, he told me he'd come and check. When I asked for the time frame, he said he would come when he has time.... I told him I'd fix it on my own if he was not coming sooner. I knew he was not legally bound anymore even if he said all the nice things before closing. But he was very nasty to tell me that I had an inspection, and the bugs were coming in because we are doing something to invite them in. I wanted to respect him as a religeous man, but it turns out that not being available during the weekday keeping some religious rituals have nothing to do with ethics. Also the house has a lot of finishing issues that we are fixing with a quality contractor. My suggestion if anyone is considering doing business with them, well they don't do a good construction job, and if you love the property like I did, get all the credit instead of having them fix the issue.
