Immaculate air solutions did general contracting for me. I had a first floor renovation, with plumbing, electric and general contracting. They run several jobs at once and only give you a few hours a few days a week, and when you identify a problem they deflect and avoid. they also ask for a large sum of monies up front, I paid my bad and asked for the second payment before the first phase was done. I paid for all materials, other contractors stated their work is sloppy and a they cut alot of corners. they charge high end prices for low end quality. I think they believe the finished product is all that counts, as I saw a finished house they did, however what is under the sheet rock or around leaky doors and windows you find out later. At least I found out earlier and cancelled our relationship. and I paid them the final payment just to get rid of them. Awful!
