    Basement gut and remodel
    $40,000

    So bad, they left so much work undone because he said he wouldn't make a profit. He left me with drafty windows, exposed heating pipes with no edges that leaked. Exposed nails and a railing that if you pushed on it would break. Too many things to name. I had to hire someone else to fix his work but the lopsided cabinet will be a reminder for that isn't a priority right now to fix

    The job was done on time and extremely professionally. All Yamin staff are well-trained and do excellent cleanup after themselves. The owners are hands on from start to finish of any job. They take pride in quality work
