  I would never recommend this company to anyone. Scott McDilda WAS NOT LICENSED the first 6 weeks he was setting up and taking credit for work he didn't even do and billed thousands for it. The only thing ever signed with this contractor was an "authorization" for a tarp if needed, 4 1/2 months down the road! He created a fake contract and never giving us a copy at the time. Later on a he gave the insurance adjuster a filled out contract with bogus signature, dated with the day after our claim was started and 3 days before we met him through the insurance adjuster. We were never given any copies of warranty's, informational sheets nothing! He had the roof warranty put in his name instead of our's as home owner's. The shoddy roofing company won't honor any warranty with us until its changed.

  I would never recommend this contractor for anything but JAIL! He does not use licensed people (Electrical, plumbers and the like) he claims extensive work and charges outrageous prices. The worst part is he does not pull the correct permit therefore his work is not inspected!!! So instead of completely replacing damaged electrical wiring for which he billed nearly $8,000.00 listing 48 hours and 16 hours for electricians to do the work when in reality, the wires were simply taped up with electrical tape. He does not care whether he has completely set our house up for a fire or not!!! He was paid $150,000. plus to ruin our house. He took all of our LED lighting out of our ceiling and replaced them with cheap recessed canisters and FLOOD LIGHTS, how hot do you think those got? If the Scott McDilda approaches anyone regardless of the business name his running under, for your own good heads up, this is a contractor that puts crooked ones to shame!!!!!! I have only listed the top of the pile believe me there is so much more. Please be careful Scott McDilda is dangerous and most home owners couldn't fathom what he is capable of doing.
