    It is Extremely Important to hire a contractor that can perform the work based on the scope of work and for any unforeseen site conditions that may arise during the Renovation or Construction Project.

    Inland Home Remodeling Inc. did an Outstanding Job for our Two-Flat Building Renovation that is over 100 years old!! Inland’s workmanship, for demolition, replacing/installing floor joists, updating the building electrical amps and panels, repairs, materials, equipment updates and design ideas to update the Kitchen and Bathroom were Superior! This Renovation took some time due to COVID and had a few unforeseen site conditions that came up. We are extremely impressed that Inland resolved those unforeseen site conditions and did not make a temporary fix. For example, the main plumbing line for the bathrooms had a severe leak, Inland stopped the work, had a licensed plumber inspect the problem, and the decision was to do a total replacement!! As homeowners, totally relieved. Inland’s subcontractors are talented in their trade, friendly and hard working. Inland’s Project/Construction Manager, Konrad did a phenomenal job, by being reliable and responsible. Also, having meetings when we had questions about selecting materials, equipment and offering his professional construction advice. We trusted Inland from the start of our renovation and from start to finish Inland highly performed on every level with passing grades! Inland was totally committed to finishing our project despite the delays not based on their performance but caused by COVID, getting the green light from the City and our HUD Consultant. Also, I want to mention that Inland got the proper permits for this project and passed all Inspections by the City of Chicago on the first Inspection including the architect drawings!! This renovation project was over six figures and Inland Home Remodeling Inc. did restore our Family Legacy!! We would highly recommend Inland Home Remodeling Inc. for all renovation and construction projects. We were so happy to move back home! In closing, we are Extremely Satisfied Inland Home Remodeling Inc.
