Hired Inlet Custom Builders to install a storm door. This was only a small job, but we were considering some other bigger jobs and wanted to see how the small job went first. Showed up on time, and installed the door on a Friday morning. This wasn’t a straight forward install due to the design of our front door and that is why we decided to hire someone to do the installation. The installation took a few hours to complete and there were a few things I noticed (touch up of paint specially) and door latch was almost hitting trim. My husband was working at time of install but Ron (Inlet Custom Builders) said if we had any issues, to let him know and he would be back to correct. I wrote a check to pay for the job. When my husband got home there were a few things more he was not happy with and called and spoke to Ron, he said he would come back Monday to fix. Well Our check was cashed on Friday afternoon, and no one back back on Monday to address the issues we had with the door installation. No one has ever called or came back. My husband and I have worked to make the job look and work better. Would not recommend Inlet Custom Builders or will use again.
