Vlad Petrash told me that I needed 4 cases of laminate flooring to fix a handful of warped ones, he also told me that the entire floor needed to be removed all the way to the wall and would be a FULL-DAY's work. He hammered up the warped pieces and others before he bought matching flooring. He brought back flooring that didn't even closely match so it was a little alarming that now my floor which only had a tiny warped area (3'x1') was now ripped up. He did go back to find a closer match. Igor his worker was awesome he arrived at 10am and was done in 1HOUR!!! He was done by 11am and only used 10 pieces to fix 'just' the ruined spot. They should be very proud to have Igor as an employee he is truly an asset to their company. However Vlad either lied to me or not knowledgable or did a switch/bait about needing 4 cases and being a FULL-DAY job. I asked him since it only took an hour would he give me even a partial discount and he said NO. This is not good customer service - i was still willing to pay a 'decent' amount but certainly NOT a full-day for only 1 hour of work, therefore I cannot give the company a good review, however their employee was first-rate!

Invictory construction did a wonderful job remodeling my kitchen and they did it at significantly less than other contractors were quoting me. They were wonderful to the work with and were always open to my custom requests (even on the spot). I met with 5 kitchen contractors before meeting with Lena (kitchen designer) and we immediately clicked. She listened to all my needs and wants and advised me potential issues and alternatives when my ideas weren't the most logical choice LOL. They will be putting in my floors next month and re-doing our front bathroom in the spring. I highly, highly recommend them!
