We hired Ishco in 1/22/19 to repair our home after water damage and frozen pipes. Unfortunately, instead of restoring our home he destroyed it due to hiring unqualified non-licensed contractors. In addition, he takes his time to work, provide paperwork, and answer phone calls. His company began working on our home in May and we received the insurance settlement back in March. Furthermore, I had to remove tiles twice and all the Sheetrock needs to removed due to spaces found in between the outlets and light fixtures. On top of this, my ceiling fans, radiators, and closets have been destroyed due to his hired unlicensed help. I paid Ishco $20,000 to begin working on my home and now it’s going to cost me $35000 more on top of the previous damage to repair it. As a consumer and home owner I can tell you from experience to beware of this company; they are unreliable and nonprofessional. Who charges an extra 45% to buy you kitchen cabinets and lies about providing you a discount? Please be careful and believe when I say you DON’T want to hire this company. Good luck! We’re still living in the hotel due to this nonsense; it’s been over 5 months.

I just had a great experience with a plumber, finally in NYC! I got fast response, good price, great work on a tricky messy problem…

ISHCO rebuilt my entire kitchen in 2016. They were honest, polite, superb at their craft(s) and a pleasure to deal with in every respect. Their estimates were reasonable, they were very detail oriented in their execution, gave wonderful suggestions on small details and wanted to make sure I was happy with all that I had dreamed for my kitchen. Not a week passes that I do not think about how grateful I am that they did this project. This was a once in a lifetime project for my home and I am beyond grateful that they did the job without cutting corners in creating my timeless kitchen. When I can afford to do another project in my home, they will be my only phone call. I can provide anyone who is looking to use them with photos if desired. My email is [email protected]. My only regret is that we didn't do this project sooner.

After having my kitchen remodeled, I realized I was charged almost double for my kitchen cabinets. They also did the plumbing in my home which I later found out they were not even licensed for so I do not know how they were able to get a plumbing permit. They left a small leak which eventually ruined all the cabinets around my sink, but this damage was after he received his final payment afterwords, I kept getting the runaround and he never showed up and eventually stop answering my phone calls. He is a thief who charges high prices, and wants to make just as much money on the material as he does on the labor. He marks the material up 50% more than what he paid for it at the minimum if you are a homeowner or anyone thinking about having any kind of construction work done in your house whether it’s remodeling or just a service call please stay away. You have been warned.
