Island life building company was a nightmare to deal with. After 4 years to build a modular home, multiple expired permits (foundation, septic, pool) and failed inspections, I finally fired them and had to finish my home as owner builder. Very low-quality work, lots of rework that ended up costing me thousands of dollars. BTW, the other review on this site by Kerri S. is his wife.
