Overcharge, rip-off! He quoted me $878 to replace two gutter endcaps and treat water damage to 2' area of flooring under the carpet in from of door entrance, 2' of baseboard trim molding and replace 11' of door frame trim molding. He used paint that doesn't match my trim paint to touch-up the trim molding and left paint on the wall. He arrived late, did 2-hours work. Charged me $878, complete ripoff. When I questioned his fees he threw a tantrum in the street so I paid him anyway ask him to go away. I assumed his quote was the worse case since we didn't know the extent of the mildew and would be adjusted. Turns out it was minor mildew damage requiring only spray treatment application to kill the little amount of mold and mildew that was there.
