    complete home remodel

    We worked with Jeremy to do a complete remodel of our entire home. We were looking for someone that could guide and help us with good ideas and options. Jeremy was able to deliver all of that and even more! At first, he met with us and listened to what we wanted to do. He gave us some amazing suggestions and at the end he was able to implement them throughout the entire remodeling. Jeremy communicated with us in an excellent way and he was easygoing, patient, and amazingly creative. We are very happy with our new home. During the remodeling, Jeremy with his team came to work every day and worked on our house as if it were their own. It was a great experience and we will work with Jeremy again including recommending him to anyone we know. He made the process easy and enjoyable.

    Glorified Handyman

    I found Jeremy to be slightly more than a glorified handyman. I would have gotten him on the TV show "To Catch a Contractor" had I formally documented the work performed. I was prompt with payments, naively believing he would be timely with work performed. This was in spite of him flagrantly padding he's already grossly overstated and creative hourly billing system. To add insult to injury, he would stop work for weeks at a time to work on other projects while I was forced to live with open walls, inoperable appliances and limited use of the house. I guess Newport Beach is to far away from his usual projects in the Inland Empire 909 area.

    When all was said and done, I had to hire another contractor after Jeremy was finished just to fix the things he "said" he could do. I guess that's what I get for giving some handyman kid "on the job training". In short, he's your low end contractor at best and should be supervised for quality control even if you use him to hang pictures on your wall.

    Jeremy is an awesome contractor. I recommend him to many people in Aliso Viejo, CA. He contacts me in a timely manner. He does excellent work and cleans up after himself. He has done several jobs for us and our neighbors. Very reliable and a great person to work with!!!
