  Fixed a nightmare of leaks all around my heater in basement

  I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have had these two amazing guys Jeremy Kidd and Victor come out! They solved my problems when others didn’t. My nightmare started when I first contacted UGI for a drip that was coming off the heater. UGI made it worse and since it was Saturday before Easter could not come back till Monday. Plus UGI was supposed to call with an estimate that day.They never called back. I called another guy who also tried to fix it. He fixed the original problem but then didn’t address the pressure issue which he should have replaced if he knew what he was doing. He was there for 2 days and by Sunday night everything was worse. Sunday late into Monday I had to turn the heater off because the pressure was over 60 and I didn’t want something to happen. I have now 4 leaks in the basement and it is soaked. Had buckets by overnight they were over flowing. That is when I called J. Kidd Plumbing early Monday morning. He came over straight away and got some of the stuff to stop leaking temporarily. Came back in a few hours and replaced all of the valves that were leaking from the heater and also the Main water supply shut off and then another smaller main shut off. They really know what they are doing and did it quickly and efficiently! I can’t say enough good things about them. They also did my neighbor’s water and sewer line to the street. They are coming back in a few days to overhaul the heater and a couple other things.I highly highly recommend them. They are very affordable and nice to deal with. They are local and take what they do with pride. Seriously if you need plumbing, heating, cooling or all of the above these are your guys! For me this was the most stressful weekend and can’t Thank Them Enough!
