He is a complete liar. He calls himself a builder and could not build a doll house. He hires a Mexicans to work for him after he takes all your money. He is very unknowledgeable when it comes to building codes. He is not in touch with the customer after he received your money. RUN that is all I can say. Check his records. He is a thief!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has been working for us to rebuild our burned down home for over three years now. Everything he touches is broken, flooded or damaged beyond repair. My home still is not finished and it is way past the completion date. I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau upon completion of this form. Like I said RUN from John Giardi, he is a CROOK!!!!!!
