    John Carroll of J W Carroll Construction is currently completing a pool build project at my home for a project that was defaulted on by another contractor. The ability demonstrated to me by John to clearly communicate in a personable style and to get work completed to a high level of quality indicates to me that this is a good and trustworthy company that I would recommend doing business with.

    I contracted with Alfresco Creations, a supposed Division of J W Carrol Construction that uses the same California State Contractors License 780323, to have a swimming pool built at my home. At this time it appears that Alfresco Creations will be defaulting on completing the pool build, including a default by John Carroll of completing the final electrical for the pool build. I have filed a complaint with the California Contractors State License Board and will be scheduling another contractor to complete my pool build. John Carroll has not returned any of my calls to resolve issues to complete the pool build. I would not recommend doing business with J W Carroll Construction.
