Stay away from this contractor. Price was a moving target and the project that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks was extended beyond 14 months without being completed. We originally hired him in April of 2018 to remodel the kitchen, two bathrooms and install hardwood floors through out. Per our agreement, the project was supposed to be completed after a new kitchen window was installed. However, 14 months later, even though we had agreed on the price and the completion date in a notarized document, he told us that "as soon as we paid him additional $2,300, he would install the window" Needless to say that we had already paid him additional $1500 to remove the carpet from the basement and $800 to upgrade the shower valves from nickel to oil bronze. We finally, got fed up with the delays and the extra cost that was being added and we fired him.

THIS GUY JOE BELL IS A SCAM ARTIST AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS TERRIBLE. 6-8 WEEK JOB TURNED INTO A 6 MONTH JOB AND HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO REDO MOST OF WHAT HE DID. THEN HE WANTS TO LIEN MY HOUSE BECAUSE I DEDUCTED THE COST OF FIXING EVERYTHING FROM THE BALANCE. BEWARE!!!!!!!!
